We know that when you have a question about your project or a local fund, you want an answer right away. Our Help Centre chatbot is designed to provide immediate assistance:
Knowledge-based: The chatbot primarily draws information directly from our official Help Centre articles to ensure you get accurate, up-to-date guidance.
Problem solving: If a standard article doesn't quite answer your specific query, the AI chatbot uses advanced reasoning to try and find a solution for you.
Always human-linked: AI is here to help, but it isn’t a replacement for our team. If the chatbot cannot resolve your issue, or if you simply prefer to speak to a person, you can easily escalate the conversation to a member of the Spacehive Project Success team.
2. "Draft with AI" project assistant
Writing a project page can be daunting. To help you move from an idea to a live campaign faster, we offer a "Draft with AI" feature within the project creator tool.
How it works: By taking your initial notes or bullet points, we then use a Large Language Model (LLM) to expand your idea, structure your project page, and refine your language. Once you have generated text, you can select to re-draft it up to three times. This allows you to create a professional, fleshed-out proposal in a fraction of the time.
Important guidelines for creators:
It is a draft, not a final version: While the AI is excellent at grammar and structure, it cannot truly know your personal "why" or the specific nuances of your community vision.
Review and refine: We strongly recommend that every creator reads through the AI-generated text carefully. You should adjust the tone, add specific local details, and ensure the project truly reflects your intentions.
Accuracy matters: Always double-check that the AI hasn't accidentally altered any factual details about your project, such as dates, locations, or specific costs.
