An impact report (also known as a delivery report) shares the progress of your project with your backers and anyone who visits your project page. Once you have completed the delivery of your project, you can mark it as 'complete' on your project dashboard. After this you will be invited to start generating your impact report, which involves answering a few questions related to your project.
Some of these questions require numeric data (e.g. how many jobs have been created, how many people have visited your project etc). Other questions are open for you to write your own answer. The aim is to present your project in its best light.
You can also upload new images.
Once you complete the report, it is emailed to all backers, and there is a link at the top of the 'journey' section of your crowdfunding page.
You can use your impact report if you are applying for funding anywhere else in the future to demonstrate your delivery track record.
