Understanding how and when you'll receive your fundraising money helps you plan your project delivery.
How funds are processed
All donations are processed via Stripe, our payment provider. These donations are held in Stripe before being released to your bank account, which you nominate during the Spacehive account setup.
Timeline for receiving funds
As all Project for Nature campaigns operate on a Keep What You Raise basis, funds are transferred monthly. For this to occur your Stripe account must be fully set up and verified
Understanding fees
Platform and transaction fees apply to successful campaigns. These are included in your fundraising target from the start, so they don't reduce your project budget. See "What are the fees for using Spacehive?" in the Spacehive Help Centre for full details.
Concerns about a donation
As a project owner, you have control over the donations you accept. If you have concerns about a particular business donation, you can choose not to accept it. Remember that all businesses on the platform have been screened against eligibility criteria.
